Asset Management including the optimisation of the client’s portfolio through adding value to their current assets, acquisition of real estate and long-term supervision.
a) Project management which includes all the stages of planning and completing the construction such as analysing available funds, finalising purchase, resolving ownership issues, providing required permits, preparing project documentation, supervision up to completion of the construction and all other activities related to the successful finalisation of the project.
b) Property management is one of the primary company’s activities. It includes numerous services and has as its primary goals ensuring the efficient use of property as required by clients, effective use of resources, accounting services, making best use of the property through maximising income and minimising expenses, providing a budget and business plan for the property, technical maintenance, complete support in all areas (supervision, cleaning, supply and all other activities related to the property).
c) Planning the sale/lease of property including preparing a comparative profit analysis for the sale and leasing of the property prior to making a final decision regarding the commercialisation of the property, deciding the lease arrangement, outlining the most efficient form of sale/lease and representing clients in other aspects of their business.
