It is particularly in this area that clients can benefit most from our global network since in retail and leisure most investors are international companies whom we are able to provide the same quality services worldwide. Through our worldwide resources, retail clients benefit from market research conducted in major central business districts throughout the world. We are able to do this by providing strategic planning, analysing the local market and other services. Services of shopping center letting and marketing primary include marketing plan drafting and further promotion of the center, as well as retail space letting to the various tenants.
