To attract customers at a daily base, a Spar supermarket of 1.200 sqm shall be situated within the centre, as well as a number of units for following branches: clothing, shoes, drogeria, technical equipment, children equipment and a smaller caffe with a terrace. All retail units have been leased to renowned companies, such as; JYSK, Spar, Mana, Takko, Bipa, Deichmann etc.
The centre disposes with 207 parking lots.
Second construction phase is planned for October 2010.
Retail park Valpovo
STC Valpovo project is situated at the south-east entrance to the city, between Ban Josip Jelačić Street and Osijek-Donji Miholjac roundabout.
Total plot area amounts 20.106 sqmm, while total building area amounts 6.166 sqm, 4.481 sqm of which belongs to the first phase.
